This has been the worst stay I’ve ever experienced—especially disappointing as it was meant to celebrate my husband’s and my wedding anniversary.
The issues we encountered were completely unacceptable:
1. The toilet flush was not working
2. The air conditioning was not functioning
3. There were two power outages within a single day, each lasting for hours. One occurred during my hair and makeup session before a photoshoot, forcing us to rush to a nearby café just to finish on time
4. The receptionist service was extremely poor and unhelpful. When I asked for an umbrella during a heavy downpour to get back to our room, I was simply told, “there’s one in your room,” with no attempt to assist
5. There was significant noise throughout the night, including constant car honking, making it impossible to rest
Additionally, when I inquired about the readiness of our new room, I was repeatedly told, “we’ll update you soon.” Only after I pressed for an estimated time did the receptionist make a call and realize the room had already been ready.
Despite all of these issues and the highly unpleasant experience, the hotel refused to refund the nights we did not stay. This is both unprofessional and unethical.
I strongly advise others to avoid this property.
